coming back from the Aug ~ sept 2011 vacation break

It's been a while since i'm gone for my break and soon i'll be taking another very long vacation leave ,probably 4 to 6 months time from 2012. It seems to me i need to make changes to my operation  plan as soon as  in Dec 2011. So folks do hurry and make good use of my current OCT~NOV promo before it ends.
