Scanning: From S$0.10 per simplex scan (Single side) or S$0.18 per duplex scan (Dual Side)
Our regular document scanning service starts as low as S$0.10 per simplex scan (Single side) or S$0.18 per duplex scan (two side). This service includes, but is not limited to:
- 8 1/2 X 11 OR 8 1/5 X 14 , A4 size Single or doublesided paper
- Scanning each paper (simplex or duplex)
- Scanned to Jpeg or PDF files.
- Documents replaced (not rebound) into their original Sequence position
- All scanning jobs have a minimum of 2,000 sheets for the above pricing.
- Default Scan Resolution: 150dpi color , 300 dpi Black & White
- minimum of 1000 Sheets : S$0.15 per simplex scan (Single side) or S$0.28 per duplex scan (Dual Side)
- minimum of 300 Sheets : S$0.19 per simplex scan (Single side) or S$0.36 per duplex scan (two Side)

Document Litigation: From S$0.06 per sheet ( NOT compulsory, min 500 sheet per batch )
Document litigation is the process of preparing the paperwork to be imaged. This can include removing all staples, paperclips, binding tape, folds and etc. from the documents. This process must be completed before scanning can begin and starts as low as S$0.06 per sheet. During this process we determine what documents need to be hand fed by feeder scanner or scanned on flatbed scanners in order to obtain the highest quality of work.
If you declare you do not need this service, this fee will not be added, we assume your documents are loose papers and can feed into feeder scanner. Whatever documents that are stapled , taped, bind ed, folded , paperclip or taped will not be scanned and will return back to you . To inital llitigation service, you have to commit every minimum 500 sheet for this service.
Document Indexing: From S$0.04 ~ $0.08 per page. ( NOT compulsory, min 104 pages @ $4)
Document indexing is the process of naming your scanned documents or sorting your documents in different folder names. By default all scanned document files will only have one index name in one folder. If you need different names for your document files or sort your documents in different folder names, there will be a fee set for this . The pricing for indexing varies on the number of indexes needed and the number of pages involved in indexing. Typically an average price is around S$0.04 ~ $0.08 per page. To inital this service, you have to commit minimum 104 pages @ $4 for this. Subsequence pages are charged as below.

Document Storage:
Your data can be delivered via cd/dvd or external hard drive, 1 Piece new 4.5GB DVD @$8.
extrenal harddrive's price will be quoted depend on your sizes required .
Document Pickup and Delivery: To be Quoted
Your documents can be scheduled for pickup and delivery (if they are not being destroyed) for a fee. This is by the distance your organization or your home is from Our office and by the amount of documents we are picking up.
